Yes and we have a designated section for the DJ.

How many guests can your venue accommodate?

Standing Room (Receptions, Parties) - up to 400 people

Banquet Seating (Table and Chairs) - up to 350 people.

What is your cancellation policy?

All deposits are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the owners. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made by the client. Date changes require $100 change fee due at time of revision if done 7 days after booking.

Can I bring alcohol?

Do you have a prep area for catering?

Yes, we have ample space located in the back of the building to prep for your guest. We provide a full size refrigerator, 16 tier food warmer, microwave, several tables space, bar and mini fridge.

Can I bring in my own food and beverages?

Yes, we allow outside catering and we can recommend local vendors if needed. Alcoholic beverages are permitted but must comply with our policy and local regulations.

What types of events can be hosted at The Venus?

The Venus is ideal for weddings, corporate events, birthday parties, baby showers, workshops and more!

How do I secure my date at The Venus?

To book a service, select your service and date on the service page and make your payment, a confirmation email will follow with the contract via Docusign. To finalize your booking payment and contract must be completed. A mandatory $150 cleaning fee with be added to your final balance and will be due 14 days prior to your event to avoid cancellation. A $300 cash deposit is required for incidentals the day of your event. The full deposit will be returned the next day, the client will be notified if any additional charges are incurred.

What is included in the rental fee?

Our rental fee includes access to the event venue, tables and chairs to seat up to 50 people, food prep area for catering with refrigerator, 16 tier food warming, microwave, bar, mini fridge, lounge area, access to Wi-Fi, TV, blue tooth speaker system, 2 restrooms and ample street parking.

How far in advance should I book my event?

​To ensure availability, we recommend booking at least 3 - 6 months in advance, especially during peak seasons. Last minute bookings may still be available.

Are there restrictions on decorations?

No real candles, nails, glue, confetti of any kind, balloons not weighed down, wall hangings may be used to decorate the space without written permission which can result in loss of deposit and a cleaning fee being applied.

Do you offer tables and chairs?

Yes, we can provided seating for your guest for up to 50 people. We can provide more at an additional fee. Cost depends on your setup. Call for pricing.
